Application of Mexidol in Urgenic Narcology

Summary:
the results of the clinical assessment of the effectiveness and tolerance of Mexidol are presented with its intravenous drip administration within 5-7 days in 50 cases of complicated alcohol delirium by Mexidol. The clinical condition of the patients and the dynamics of laboratory data were evaluated in comparison with the control group of patients on basic therapy without Mexidol. It was established that the use of Mexidol allows you to stop psychosis as early as possible, which in turn leads to a decrease in secondary complications and mortality.
