Abstract:
Mexidol was used to treat various forms of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Due to its pronounced autonomic stabilizing and sedative effects, Mexidol therapy was more effective than traditional combination therapy in relieving neurovegetative and psychopathological symptoms. Keywords: alcoholism, withdrawal syndrome, Mexidol.
