Summary:
in the presented review, the pathogenesis of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), features of the SARS-COV-2 virus are considered in detail. Given the great importance in the development of this infection of oxidative stress and hypoxia, it is advisable to use antioxidants and antihypoxants in the complex treatment of Covid-19, which may be useful and significantly improve the course of the disease.
