The problem of cognitive deficiency affects almost every person on the planet, huge socio-economic, ethical and moral losses that society carries are associated with it. In the world, according to WHO, about 47 million people suffering from dementia live. The annual number of new cases of the disease is almost 10 million. The most complex functions of the brain should be understood by the cognitive functions by which the process of rational cognition of the world is carried out.
