Abstract:
This article addresses a pressing issue: the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairment in children with nervous system diseases. It examines the classification, etiopathogenesis, and clinical features of speech and mental development delays, as well as cognitive impairment in children with ADHD, autonomic dysfunction syndrome, and the consequences of traumatic brain injury and neuroinfections. It demonstrates the pathogenetic validity, high efficacy, and safety of Mexidol in the comprehensive treatment of cognitive impairment in children with nervous system diseases.
