Abstract:
Seventy patients with panic disorder (PD), 30 men and 40 women, with an average age of 34.5±1.8 years, were examined. All patients had dyssomnia. Patients were divided into two groups based on treatment regimens: a control group and a study group. Patients in the control group were treated only with an antidepressant (Fevarin, 150 mg daily); patients in the study group were additionally prescribed Mexidol (375 mg daily).
